A Collaborative Research Project Between Mrs. Desler's Class at B.C. Morse School and Ms. Edinger's Class at Dalton School

Welcome!

If you were unable to travel with us on our October 14 field trip, we hope you will join in our virtual field trip as we explore two important chapters in our nation's immigration story.

 A Note to Ms. Edinger's Class. . .

November 12, 1999

Hello from Elk Grove! I wanted to let you know that we are "off track" for most of November. When we return on November 29, we will get back to our research questions on Angel Island. Each team has started the research process, but what we are posting today represents only our initial findings. We still need to do a few more email interviews for primary sources and watch two videos for secondary sources. We should be ready to update our research questions before our winter break in December.

We wish all of you a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thanks to Ms. Edinger's suggestion to read Mourt's Relation, we have a different viewpoint of our first pilgrims. We look forward to sharing with you in our Ellis Island/Angel Island learning.adventure!
