Just me and mom for three weeks now. Here's what we'll be facing. I hope I packed enough also. I'm not used to it, so my suitcase isn't even that full. Old Navy had a few things, but those capris and pedal pushers are still too long for my short legs and just make me look like I'm waiting for a flood. They'll think I've come to work in the rice paddy.
So unless I find an internet connection there. I'll see you all in three weeks. It would be really cool if I had internet access there....
I got my books for my trip yesterday. I started reading Where the heart is already. I know the movie is out already, but I'm going to read the book first. It's good so far. I bought one other book and I can't remember the name of it. And Gab brought me my birthday present: Two more books, a journal and White Orleander. Wow, we both went book crazy. I'm sure to have plenty of reading time during my 3 week s off.
I'm scrambling to get everything ready this week and I really feel like I'm running out of time. It didn't help that I was so sleepy yesterday from the shots, that I couldn't stay up late.
