Graduation AdventuresJayme graduated last Saturday. She's the last of us to graduate from Blanchet! It was so hot inside that gym that JonP was cranky and naked and the teachers were really out to get us if they heard him crying. We tried our best to fan him and keep him happy. We were mostly successful, despite me being a stressed out mommy. Jayme graduated with honors cords, which were hidden under all her leis. She's finally out of there!!! For part of her graduation present, we got her the complete DVD set of Mr. Bean. Who new it was a perfect gift for the idleness of summer before strating college. Back at work...for nowA sad little break from my precious JonP. My medical leave of absence ended last Friday, so I decided to come in to work this week. I'll take care of some stuff, since I left so unexpectedly. It's so hard to leave JonP with his Lola in the mornings. I have to give him a kiss and a squeeze and an I love you, and then right before I go out the door, I run back to him and get another kiss, get a good sniff of baby smell and try to make it last the whole day. It doesn't help that I've put his picture on my desktop and look at it every 15 minutes...No worries though, I still have another month at home with him. It will the be vacation of a lifetime! It pays to have saved my vacation days.
