Turkey Day as come and gone...
All of a sudden Christmas is 2 1/2 weeks away!!!
Craziness!

Weekend Update
We had a belated birthday dinner with Amie on Thursday night. Kingfish Cafe is always good. I had some buttermilk fried chicken, greens, and mashed potatoes. Philip and Amie decided we'd share two slices of cake, one all chocolate and one coconut cream. Yum!

On Friday, Philip hit Steven's with a co-worker. After work we were supposed to take JonP to get Santa pictures, but I was in the mood for a pajama movie night. I cooked us up some hot & spicy saimin (korean ramen) w/ eggs and 1/2 a loaf of fish cake(for philip). Knitting and Bruce Almighty.

After a breakfast and baths on Saturday morning, JonP finally saw Santa. We dressed him in his little Christmas outfit. Black velvet pants, white dress shirt, red plaid Christmas vest and little black tie. He was looking so cute but was being very serious. He was holding on to Santa's beard and wouldn't smile. He finally let out a little grin, and hopefully the camera girl got it. 2 hours of shopping at ROSS was way worth it. At least we made a significant dent in our list. At home later, we were all settled in, Philip in his boxers and T-shirt and JonP in his PJ's, when Darv called and invited us to Third Place Books in Kenmore to see a Jahwaiian band. Very cool event, foodcourt and bookstore...Philip decided to have some guy time wee into the night. I finally called him, cause I was having bad dreams of his where abouts, and he was just pulling up to the house.

Sunday was more routine. Mass, Breakfast, Mom's house. We tried to take a family picture, but A. Mimi kept making us crack up. I took a nap and was dead to the world. Finally woke up, when JonP needed to nurse. Leftover's at Mom's always taste better than at my house.
