  2. Sleeping bag
  3. Sleeping pad (Ensolite, Therma Rest or equivalent)
  4. Boots BROKEN IN*
  5. Aqua sox
  6. 2 or 3 pr. wool socks*
  7. 2 or 3 pr. cotton or polypro socks*
  8. 2 pair shorts*
  9. Thermals or sweats
  10. 2 or 3 sets underwear*
  11. 2 shirts, tees or halters*
  12. WOOL Shirt
  13. Wool hat or watchcap
  14. Cap with visor
  15. Rain poncho
  16. Swim suit
  17. 2 bandannas
  18. 1 handkerchief
  19. Small towel
  20. Comb or brush
  21. Toothbrush
  22. Toilet paper
  23. Sanitary supplies

  25. 2 water bottles - 1 quart each (Canteen or Nalgene, no soda bottles, must be leak proof)

  30. First aid kit (Moleskin, Band-Aids, Chapstick, personal medicine)
  31. Whistle (For emergency signaling)
  32. Small flashlight with 2 extra batteries and 1 extra lamp

  18. Cooking oil (5 oz per outing for cooking)**

In a bag (with your name on it) bring clean clothes to be worn on the drive home, and money for dinner on the road. These bags will be locked in our cars during the outing.
