Charles has a transparent dome topping his head, a trained flying cyborg dog named Skippy, and a giant multi-mega-devastator cannon in his tree house which he plans to use to smash the moon into the Earth. The Tick manages to get the moon back in its orbit while teaching Charles a thing or two about family values.
