Theatre Pipe Organs

This one doesn't have a SINGLE thing to do with organs!

FOR FREE:

Antique, early 20th century, VERY HEAVY 13" X 48" metal working LATHE.  Flat-belt drive, formerly driven by an overhead line shaft.  Was converted to a 1 HP single-phase motor, but STILL driven by flat belts!  An excellent machine, capable of very precise work.

FREE TO GOOD HOME!, but remember that since it is VERY HEAVY! [approximately 3600 lbs] you'll need to hire a tow truck or crane truck to pick it up!  Was put in place with a fork lift, but that is gone, so you'll have to hire someone to help!  Motor, pulleys, some basic tooling included.

[lathe pix will follow!]

BIG SALE OF PIPE ORGAN "GOODIES"!

Alas, all good things must come to an end!  In July of 1995, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a disease which has fortunately given me little trouble, so far, but its effects are becoming apparent.  Facing retirement, with its constraint of funds, and diminishing stamina to complete the "Organ Project", I am forced to divest myself of the pipe organ I have been "collecting" since 1969.  It has had a good run, having several different "incarnations" starting out in life as a Style B Wurlitzer (a 2-manual, four-rank abomination), with two added ranks (Tibia Plena and Vox Humana). Then as those two ranks attached to an old Schober electronic theatre organ.  Over the intervening years,  it has grown considerably, mostly with cast off parts that were someone else's junk, changing consoles frequently...It has been a 2-manual, 4-manual, 2-manual again (different console), 3-manual, and a different 3-manual.  Lots of history!  Lots of CHANGES!

At present, I have nowhere to install it, and I am fast approaching 60 years of age, so I guess it's time to let go.  I have purchased a beautiful Allen electronic theatre organ, a Theatre III EX Deluxe-Tom Hazelton Special.  This will will keep me happy for MANY years!

No reasonable offer refused!  My advice is to read the list, make a LONG appointment, and bring a truck, a LARGE trailer, and a couple of beefy friends, as I want to get it out of storage as quickly as possible!  I KNOW that the list doesn't contain everything, and as we dig through there will be a LOT of stuff uncovered that I have forgotten about!  Make me an offer, no matter how small or ridiculous!  You might get a big surprise! This organ was planned to be a 3-manual, 32-rank instrument, with 12 [THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS! TWELVE!!!]  16' OCTAVES!  Most of that is still to be sold!  Anything left at the end will be carted to the dump, so don't be shy...

It has been brought to my attention that I did not make it clear above, so here it is, folks, the DISCLAIMER!  This "stuff" must be picked up, and must be loaded in YOUR vehicle, by YOU!  As I stated above, I am physically in no condition to do much more than help!  PLEASE bring assistance!  I will NOT make any arrangements to ship ANYTHING!  With prices THIS LOW, it's sort of unfair to ask anything more!

All of these items are located near Lakeport, CA.

Go ahead!   MAKE my day!  MAKE ME AN OFFER!  Please remember that everything is offered

                                                             AS-IS, WHERE-IS

I'm NOT offering this on eBay (yet!), as I don't want the hassle of packing and shipping.

                                          COME AND GET IT!
