After being without a liquor license for more than a year, Oscar's II reopened in Summer 99

 

Here are some details of the community process that led to the reopening:

Oscar's II Liquor License was up for its annual renewal in October. The Neighborhood Association submitted a letter that supported the McCoys' efforts, but advised that the terms of the  Community Partnership Agreement be maintained. Others were not so supportive.
