I've posted on my web site (http://table.jps.net/~tayles) a draft of the
Good Neighbor Agreement dealing with Oscar's II on E. Madison
that we have worked on over the course of several
meetings (some details of the discussions are also on the web site).

I only received it from David Osgood, the McCoys' lawyer, last night. The
working group is due to meet next this coming monday and were planning to
sign it at that point, though may not do so if all parties have not had
time to review it.
