Beaches in Oregon and Washington

Oregon Construction state that all beachs in Oregon up to 16 feet of dry sands are propery of Oregon State Highway Dept and no one can build, rope off or otherwise block any person from traveling on the beach. Oregon State Police will enforce all trafic laws, etc. No person that own propery near the beach can stop people from crossing their land to go to the beach if people has traveled across their land before.
There are a large number of beaches within 150 miles of Portland They are:
Lincoln City, Newport
Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Gearhart.
Astoria
Cape Kiwanda, Tillamook
Ilwaco, Long Beach Washington
