HOW TO SAVE YOUR ADDRESS BOOK. |
| byTed Peterson |
|
| For people that are using Netscape, at some time may want
to print out their e-mail address book or would like to save it in case
something would happen to the computer. |
|
| This article will now tell them how this is done. A person
could by trying all the keys etc. on the program come up with the same
thing but this will speed up the time that it takes as they do not need to
try looking for the correct way. |
|
| When they want to print out or save the address book, go to
the menu at the top and go over to the "Communicator" listing. Click on it
and go down to "address book" and click on it. |
|
| A small drop down menu will show in the upper left hand
corner. Click on the "file" listing at the top line and go down to
"export". Click on that item and the computer will asked where they would
like to export it to. By naming the drive and the name they would like the
file to be called, the address book would then be on the main computer.
The address can now be printed out any time that any one wishes. |
|
| It is simple. Every one should do this as some thing may
happen and maybe the address book would be gone.. Good luck. |
