PRINTING YAHOO E-MAIL |

| Most people, if using Netscape, will have trouble when they are reading their e-mail on Yahoo and then would like to print out a copy. |

| On most other programs any time any one would like to print any thing all they have to do is to go to the file entry on top of the screen and click on print. A drop down menu will then show and by clicking ok the item will print out. Also a lot of programs will have a print listing on the task bar on top of the page. |

| On Yahoo (if you are using Netscape) when they click either item, as stated above, a new drop down menu will show "There are no pages to print". They will not get a copy. |

| The way to get around this is in place of going to the file on top, go to a small entry on the right but down a way on the screen that says "printable view". click on this. |

| Your e-mail view will change and then going to either way listed above the e-mail will print out. |

| I hope that this clears up some trouble that some of the people have had. |
